Lauren spent 12 years as a gymnast before transitioning into the world of cheerleading. She cheered for Cheer Station on the Arrows and Flyers teams for six years, competing at both Summit and Worlds. After graduating high school, Lauren continued her cheer career at Sam Houston State University, joining the All-Girl team and earning a spot on the NCA team to compete at College Nationals.

After two years at Sam Houston State, she transferred to Concordia University, where she is currently pursuing a degree in nursing. Lauren’s dedication, discipline, and love for cheer continue to guide her both on and off the mat.
