ACA Nationals Results
Forth Worth TX Jan 14th and 15th
Congratulations to our teams for a great job at ACA Nationals in Ft. Worth, Texas. We would like to thank all of the Cheer Station families that braved the weather to compete at this competition! Although the weather and many athlete substitutions made the event somewhat stressful, we made the best of the situation and showed well against some of the past world champion teams! We are also proud to announce that we beat many of last year's world champion competitors. Way to pull together teams and families!

FRIDAY NIGHT LIGHTS INFORMATION...
Parents and Athletes:
We just wanted to remind you that Cheer Station episode of Friday Night Lights was on, Dec 12th. If you missed it you can see it on the Friday Night Lights website.
Cheer Station owners Brad and Ladd provided Choreography and Technical advice for the cheerleading portion of the show, and former CSI alumni had roles on the hero squad. Our very own Senior Black team members formed the opposing squad.

to the Cheer Station Coaching Staff and Teams!
Cheer
Station Staff is now the Cheerleader Technical
Advisors for a New Episode of Northern Entertainment
Productions Inc. Filming Friday Night Lights for
NBC/Universal...This means many of our Senior
Black Team Members will have the opportunity
to be in the episode as an opposing squad, and
the CSI Staff will be coaching the Dillon Panther
Team (an incredible team that has been selected
by the Director with the assistance of Brad and
Ladd!) ...watch your email for the air date

– 2006 Awards
Last year was another great year for Cheer Station. We finished the competition year with a Bang and have again set the standard for Cheerleading in Austin. Out teams finished strong by bringing home a Final Destination - The Worlds best Title, 5 National Titles, 1 National Grand Champion Award, 2 Best Choreography Awards, being ranked as one of the Top 3 Programs at Nationals, and receiving Austin’s first ever bid to the USASF Cheerleading Worlds

CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR SENIOR PREP TEAM who just returned from the Final Destination, the WORLD'S BEST, where they were named the WORLD CHAMPION SENIOR PREP TEAM!! We could not be more proud of these athletes. Competitors from 27 states were at the competition going for this number one spot and our athletes brought it to the floor and then brought it HOME! In addition congrats to our Junior Prep team and our Youth team that both placed Fourth! These were some tough divisions and we are thrilled with the outcome!
CONGRATULATIONS TO OUR SENIOR COED TEAM For their bid to the Cheerleading World's. Unfortunately one of our primary fliers suffered a serious leg injury during the first 20 seconds of the routine and the team was unable to finish all of the required elements to secure a spot in the finals. Amazingly the team pulled together finished the routine and thought on their feet, which is a true testament to the quality of athletes and leadership on this incredible team. We are focusing our efforts to return next year to World's and claim a VICTORY!
